Barcelona is considered by many people a wonderful city, but for us, EUROMPM students, it was much more then that.
After an astonishing presentation about the public transport system in several cities, we felt that it was the perfect opportunity to evaluate the Barcelona transport system since there was a connexion on the city’s airport.
Barcelona transport system works in a very nice way, but we realized that we did not understood all the points during the presentation about the system, because we bought a ticket for 50 trips for the whole group, but this ticket is not a group ticket on the other hand for people who use the system very often. It is possible to validate it only once each 10 min on the same station.
Later then we got the explanation about how this ticket works and the personal at the customer service was very helpful and changed the ticket for a group one without any problems. Despite our short stay in the city it was a very nice experience for us.
